В коттедже 2 этажа. Общая площадь с террасой 84 кв.м. Сдается под ключ на одну или несколько семей из 6 человек.
На втором этаже 2 спальни с балконами и сан.узел. В каждой комнате телевизор, кондиционер, шкаф для одежды, двуспальная кровать.
На первом этаже кухня-гостинная и сан.узел. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой посудой, посудомоечной машинкой, стиральной машинкой, СВЧ, холодильником, эл.чайником. Также есть еще 2 дивана, кондиционер, телевизор.
Перед входом в коттедж терраса для отдыха.
Смена полотенец 2 раза в неделю, смена постельного белья 1 раз в неделю, уборка 1-2 раза в неделю.
