Advantages:

Сам Коктебель не впечатлил, может были завышены ожидания. Само место проживания отдельные домики (квартиры) с общим дворцовой территорией. Мы жили когда никого не было. Было великолепно. Когда буду заполнены все номера, вопрос. Дорога к морю показалась ближе чем нак карте, но надо разбираться в закоулках. Много недостроя и строительного мусора. Пляж чистый но узкий. На набережной много всего, есть неплохие столовые, вкусно, относительно недорого.
