Advantages:

Гостевой дом расположен близко к морю, но в поселке проводится реконструкция набережной, поэтому до моря пешком минут 30-40 по пыльной дороге. Хозяйка об этом не предупреждает, но она и не обязана это делать.

Disadvantages:

Очень слабый кондиционер, долго охлаждает комнату. Оставили его включенным, когда уходили из номера - хозяин попросил его выключать
